PROJECT MEETINGS
Team from FENIX has been busy this past month! FENIX as a project partner participated in two kick-off meetings of starting project: FOREST and CARBON4MINERALS. We also traveled to London for the 9th General Assembly meeting for the POWERSKIN+ project.
FOREST Kick-off meeting
The FOREST project has been officially "kicked off" with a Kick-off meeting in Valencia, Spain on the 25th and 26th of January.
The meeting started with the coordinator AIMPLAS Technological Institute of Plastics kindly welcoming all partners. The agenda continued with the introduction of the FOREST consortium made of 14 partners and the project officer George Kotsikos.
Partners also presented work packages and plans for the next 6 months.
After the meeting, the coordinator Marta Estellés Luna invited the partners for a tour of Valencia and a social dinner at a local restaurant in the city centre.
The second day of the Kick-Off meeting took place at the AIMPLAS Technological Institute of Plastics facilities! The partners presented the rest of the work packages and discussed future work in groups.
The FOREST project consortium is very excited to be working together!

CARBON4MINERALS Kick-off meeting
The research consortium with all 14 partners from 6 different European countries has met for the first time for a Kick-Off meeting in Berchem, Belgium.
The meeting started with the coordinator from VITO kindly welcoming all partners. Following up with the introduction of the consortium and the Project Officer from the European Commission.
All 14 partners presented their work packages and plans for the next 6 months and after the meeting, the coordinator invited the partners for a social dinner.
On the second day of the Kick-Off meeting the partners presented the rest of the work packages and discussed the future tasks.

POWERSKIN+ 9th General Assembly Meeting
The official 9th General Assembly Meeting of the POWERSKIN+ project took place on the 20th of January at Brunel University London.
The meeting started with a warm welcome from the project coordinator Jorge Corker from IPN and followed up with presentations of each work package. After the presentations, the partners enjoyed lunch and caught up after a long time of online meetings.
Partners visited a demo and finished the meeting with a group photo.
